【火車】：出發地-福隆火車站
【公車】：
1.由台北地區或基隆地區搭搭乘經北濱公路往羅東方向及蘇澳方向的客運，於福隆海岸站下車，即可到達福隆海水浴場。
2.搭乘前往東北角各景點的國光客運，搭乘台北往返羅東的濱海線班車，於沿途各站下車。
【自行開車】
1.走瑞八公路於瑞濱隧道前轉102縣道，經九份、雙溪至福隆後，再接北濱公路右轉前行，即可到達福隆海水浴場。
2.沿北濱公路往頭城方向前行，過了鹽寮約3公里，即可到達。
3.國道一號--由八堵交流道下，經過瑞濱公路，接台二線濱海公路，即可到達福隆海水浴場。
4.宜蘭沿著台二線濱海公路，即可到達福隆海水浴場。
2017 Bear Festival .... Redux and Simplified
Meet your friends at the beach this year for some sun, sand and sea. Bring along your music you want to listen to, bring along your food and drinks you want to consume.
No fancy setup and organisation, no tedious preparation and permits, just back to basic, let's have a beach gathering that we will remember for a long time
