A Man Who Defies the World of BL is a story about Mob (Atsuhiro Inukai), a college student, who realizes that he lives in the world of a BL manga, where the handsome men are approaching him harshly and the "BL love flags" are rising every minute. As a straight guy who likes girls, Mob struggles and fights against the hot attackers desperately. To protect himself, Mob reads lots of BL manga comic books and studies every possible case and its solutions. How to resist and escape…On the other hand, his brother Ayato’s (played by Yutaro) friend confesses to him and says he loves his little brother. In this homosexual-dominated world, can the two brothers get away from turning into gay? Or will they fall in love with the magic of same-sex love?

Actor Yutaro undoubtedly becomes the spotlight of the series once he joins the production, only 23 years old, with his naturally pretty face, he is able to secure numerous performance opportunities, such as Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?!, A Man Who Defies the World of BL, etc. He was first discovered in a clothes shop while being a clerk. He then got asked to be in a variety show, which later becomes a huge internet trending topic for weeks. Afterward, he got signed by an agency and embarked on a career in acting.
