Before he met Clement, William never thought about leaving the closet. "I had never tried to come out. My close friends all know about it. There is no need for me to hide, that's why I don't need to come out." However, William felt deeply in love with Clement, this made him change his mind.

After making up his mind, there is more William gave up. William comes from a prominent family, and he renounced all the assets, millions of dollars, just to marry his husband Clement. Their honeymoon and wedding lasted for 32 days. Clement said to his fiance, "I will arrange the 31 days, could you arrange that one day?" They promised to stay together forever on that last day.
