To My Star came out in 2021 and was immediately hailed as Korea's best ever BL drama by fans and BL enthusiasts throughout the world. A year in and after much wait and anticipation, its second season, titled To My Star 2: Our Untold Stories, was finally released this past weekend on 5 June. Not only is the second season brought to us by the same supporting cast and production crew, lead actors Son Woo Hyun and Kim Kang Min are also back as everyone's favorite couple, Kang Seo Joon and Han Ji Woo. The show's creator, director Hwang Da Seul recently revealed in an interview that the second season will surpass the first in every way and will also be more than three times as long, giving fans enough time to thoroughly enjoy themselves.

To My Star 2: Our Untold Stories follows on from the previous season, telling the story of Seo Joon, a celebrity, and Ji Woo, a chef. Though they have wildly different personalities, they find themselves helplessly drawn to each other. After much fighting and making up again, they finally settle into a relationship together.

But even as they should be enjoying their happily ever after, they still can't escape the conflicts created by their differences—until the day one of them leaves the other without so much as a word of farewell, only a note. Have they been through so much together only to part forever? Or is there a fairy-tale ending waiting for them after all?
